FFB08 Drop-In
Automotive drop in tank application for pre-1980 Classic/Antique vehicles.
Drop-Ins are also used in applications where machinery, equipment, vehicles or fuel is being stored for long periods between use. Installing Fitch drop-in units in the tanks ensures that the fuel remains fresh even after extended periods of non-use. This saves dumping fuel after long periods of storage in equipment, machinery, boats, etc.
Requires accessing the fuel tank directly through filler cap, through fuel pump panel, or removing filler assembly under vehicle.
Gasoline tanks up to 110 liters max/400 HP max – Diesel tanks up to 76 liters max/250 HP max.
Use 2 FFB08 for fuel tanks and/or HP exceeding the maximum limits above (installation tool included).

Use the Fitch® Fuel Catalyst just once and discover how your engine will start easier, burn less fuel and increase overall performance. In-Line vs Drop In Both in-line and drop-in catalysts work as well as each other. The main advantage with the in-line being easier removal and transfer to a new vehicle (with similar engine capacity) should you sell. In-Line applications are more cost effective if your vehicle has more than 1 fuel tank. The price includes required barbs and fittings for most all vehicles. Some vehicles require special fittings that cost slightly more, but this is the exception. Prior to shipping your order we need to know what vehicle/application you are working with so that we are able to make sure that you receive the correct barbs and fittings for your application. Bill Sheather is an Automotive Engineer, fully qualified to make sure that you have the proper fittings to suit your application.
F500 In-Line
Petrol engines: Up to 14.6 liters / 500hp

Real-life examples of this FITCH being used here in Australia:
- An 8-litre ISUZU Travells is driving .4 of a kilometer further on each litre of fuel burned.
- A farmer with an F500 fitted to a 150hp JOHN DEERE tractor claims he is saving 2 to 3 litres per hour of operation.

F750 In-Line
Use the Fitch® Fuel Catalyst just once and discover how your engine will start easier, burn less fuel and increase overall performance.
The combustion improvement caused by the presence of the Fitch® Fuel Catalyst produces a number of benefits. Because the fuel is consumed more completely, less fuel is burned, emissions are lowered and power is increased. In addition, engine oil remains cleaner, longer because blow-by is reduced. Because carbon build up in the engine is also reduced the life of the engine is enhanced. The overall result is a more efficiently running engine.
• Fuel savings on offer
• Reduced emissions
• Increased horsepower
• Reduced gelling
• Reduced diesel bug
• Does not raise fuel temperature
• Significant reduction in fuel soot contamination to the oil
Hi-Performance petrol engines: Auto/Marine up to 750hp
Diesel engines: up to 12.6 litres

In-Line vs Drop In
In-Line applications are better suited to Diesel engines as their flow rate is more easy established than some petrol engines.
In-Line applications are more cost effective if your vehicle has more than 1 fuel tank or a very large tank capacity in litres.
In-Line applications make it easier for you to transfer the Fitch® Fuel Catalyst if and when you sell the vehicle.
The price includes required barbs and fittings for most all vehicles. Some vehicles require special fittings that cost slightly more, but this is the exception.
