Real life examples of what I am seeing with my vehicle with a Fitch Fuel Catalyst fitted to it:
I drive a Toyota 2005 model Land Cruiser Turbo Diesel with automatic transmission. The vehicle currently has 110,800kms on it. I have owned it since new and have had a Fitch Fuel Catalyst on it since new.
Recently on a trip I attained these results:
After filling my main and reserve fuel tanks to the max at Shellharbour NSW, I drove to within 20kms of Lightening Ridge, NSW on my main tank of fuel. I then switched to my aux tank and drove around the Ridge for a few days. On the return trip I filled both tanks to max in the Ridge, then drove 360k toward Orange on my aux tank, switched to main tank, continued through Orange-Tuena-Crookwell-Goulburn on to Nerriga, then back to Nowra and on to Shellharbour with 1/4 tank of fuel left in my main tank.
Total kilometers 1798
Used 217litres of diesel.
Fuel consumption was: 12.07 L/100kms or 8.29km/L.
It’s also worth noting that the oil and filter were changed 1,000kms ago and the oil is still as clean as when it was first installed. Also, this vehicle carries about half of a ton of work equipment at all times in the custom internal tool drawer system fitted.
On a trip from Sydney to Coffs Harbour recently I achieved fuel consumption of 11.43 L/100kms or 8.75km/L. That was also with a full load of heavy inventory besides the normal tools carried, but different driving conditions as this route involves more flat highway driving than the trip described above.
